EZA is taking so long... Just sharing my frustrations

Warriors,

I created a new account on EZA because I have started a new niche which I have just began to promote. I have written ten articles in 3 days and it won't let me write anymore until they are submitted.

Just frusterated. I know EZA says 7 business days and it has not been that long but I have more stuff to say now...

They're dragging their feet now, hoping you succumb to the $97 a month fee that they are imposing for VIP services. LOL

You could create an alternate author name under your existing EZA account.

I know the pain of waiting 7 days for getting an article approved...

  Just keep writing and save the articles on your computer. The minute those articles now submitted are accepted, start submitting a few every couple of days (you don't want all of your articles to go live at one time as they won't get as much attention).
  
  Nothing wrong with have a group articles written and ready to submit - let's you move on to other things.
  
  As you said - EZA tells new authors 7 days so plan on that time frame.

I wondered why my articles were taking so long... I didn't know they had a paid submission service. Not that I'm going to use it.

Depending on how long they take for my next submission, I may actually consider the monthly charge, I know its less $$ in my back pocket but... i'm an impatient git lol

  EZA is big enough now, they could just charge everyone for submission, it's no problem to wait a little.
  
  Just keep a pipeline of articles flowing, and spend the energy on other promotional methods, instead of worrying about EZA.

  If you REALLY want fun, go to ArticleMarketer.com - -ugh!! Seriously, I don't care how perfect your submission is, it WILL reject - AND - - a minimum of 3 times.
  
  We've had perfect pieces there with these items not pass:
  
  1) When the word "the" in the middle of a title does not begin with a cap when it shouldn't and the site even says it doesn't have to, yet the automation tags it every time. You must use caps for the first letter of every single word in the title to pass that automation. Period.
  
  2) We have them fail for mentioning Amazon, eBay or other website - -even as a reference AND with no ".com" at the end, because we cannot reference any sites at all. Right.
  
  3) Too much other crap to list here. ....just pull hair and get it over with, then re-submit. It takes a minimum of 3 times to pass.

The is all the Warriors' fault. Every day telling the world that submitting articles is the best way to make money online. What did you think was going to happen?

If they are delaying this stuff intentionally to get us to pay the money then I must say that's pretty shady.

I think they should change their business model and stop charging for something they should be doing anyway.

I would recommend doing something like what Allen did here with the War Room. Charge a membership fee to get access to the "absolute best of EA".

I dunno. They just need to rethink what they are doing because they should be able to hire more editors with all that traffic they get.

Oh yes - they are the number 1 article submission site so we know they only have one or two articles a day to process. They should have them all done and ready in under an hour.

If they are delaying this stuff intentionally to get us to pay the money then I must say that's pretty shady.

Hmmmm.....I have a free account and write all the articles I want and NEVER have had a problem with getting them approved. Perhaps their view of "acceptable" is different from that of many submitters. They are the leading service and have to maintain quality standards to stay there - there are other services which will accept work with less scrutiny of the product and fewer submissions to weed through.

Uh....um.....they have no right to charge for a business? Do you charge for yours? It is a business, you realize that? I have never anywhere seen it called a Charity.

i recently started to submit more articles to goarticles.com simply because i see them online way faster... and i still got some good pr for them, i still submit to ez too but in the time it takes to approve i go for goarticles

EA has always been a slow process (up to 2 weeks) when first setting up a new account. Nothing new there and it's par for the course.

When you're Platinum they usually get approved within 24 to 48 hours unless you submit on a Friday it can take longer.

If EA made everyone pay $97 per month they would probably kill there service very quickly. I'd never pay $97 per month to anyone who is making a killing off my articles with AdSense ads plastered all around them. I can only imagine how much money I've made EA. However, I do appreciate there nice coffee mugs with their logo.

EA is a very valuable service if you know how to do things the right way. I wasted so much time trying to figure out what's really going on when first starting out including getting banned because of not paying attention to changes being made.

Yep, I'm with HeySal. The above quote has a hint of 'entitlement' about it.

Mike seems to be suggesting in sentence three that they charge people to have access to read the articles. Well that's really going to help all you article writers - your quickly thrown together re-writes of each others' articles are SO worth paying a membership fee to be able to access.

If they are delaying free submissions in order to prioritise paid ones then it merely mirrors nearly every other business (and non-business organisation for that matter) out there. When one of your buyers has a problem with their $997 purchase do you make them wait because the person with a problem with your free ebook was first in the queue?

No you don't. It's a kind of natural selection.

Every statement in the above quote is wrong on so many levels it's not true.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Usually EZA is on top of every problem and they will get faster soon I bet.

Like others have suggested you can write articles and keep them on your hard drive until you get approved.

You could also take this time to submit some articles to other article directories or guest post on someone elses blog.
