Hi Guys, I've contacted the RAP Help Desk several times over the past few days and have received no reply so far. I wonder if anyone knows if Sid is on holiday or if there is a problem with the support staff because it is frustrating not getting any reply and being completely in the dark? Best Wishes, Kenneth |

Sid is extremely responsive and helpful. In my experience he normally replies in 24-48 hours. Sometimes sooner. Don't worry...his support is NOT lacking. ![]() Be sure to check your bulk folder, also. Sometimes the email may go there. Hi kenneth, I know Sid gets that quite a bit with his response going to the spam folder. As mentioned above, he is very responsive. If nothing else, he whips through here fairly regular, so he will catch the post. Thanks, John |

Perhaps you could go to the forum and private message Sid, just letting him know you have submitted a ticket, and you haven't received a response yet? (Especially if you've already checked your spam folders). Sid has always replied to me - now remember, it depends when you submitted it - (at least the way I look at it) - if you submit like on a friday afternoon, he might be away on the weekend and it may take till Tues/Wed to get a reply. The net (email anyway) seems rather quiet these few days, perhaps many are away. I suggest sending him a PM from the rap forum. Amber |

Hi Kenneth, I have a ticket from a couple of weeks ago, and then the one from yesterday... nothing at all in between. Both were answered in a timely fashion. I have no record of the other tickets you mention, and it's rare that I have more than one or two (total) outstanding at any point in time. Do you have ticket numbers to help me try to locate these? |
