|  I need help in solving a good problem
Today review of my application shows up on PCWorld, problem is the application used to be free but couple of weeks ago, I started charging for it. Not sure when PCWorld people wrote the review (they published it today) and it refered the app as free. Lot of users are not happy that it is not free, and leaving bad comments....what can I do? Offer a free version, with limitations. You can't get a reviewer to change their review, and you need damage control. It would also give you a good guy brand image.

Yeah free version or free trial if possible! The reviewer should change the review since he is providing false information and affecting your business. The reviewer is entitled to his own opinion but to give false information in that matter is not on. I would not accept it.
