Daves Cool Little Website

I bought one of these sites about 3 years ago when i started in IM.
It cost me $97 and is hosted by them.

Now i have found that my site has just dissapeared and so has the admin/support site.

I cant contact them via email either.

does anyone know what has happened?

Looks like $97 down the drain again

Regardless of if i have got my invetment back.

It is still my web site that i have paid for, that i have paid for a domain name for 2 years and i have articles on article sites promoting it etc and it has gone

Letting them host it is kinda like running a brick and mortar business from a leased building.

Was there an option to buy it and host it yourself?

No there wasnt it had to be hosted by them

As i said the original money i paid isnt a problem but a bit annoyed with the link builidng i have done and the domain name i renwed

They sold thousands of these so i cant be the only one this has happened to

I believe in three year you have gained more than the estimated salvage value which it doesn’t have. However this means they are running off with your money. Eventually, it’s not funny at all.

That really stinks to say the least. A lot of time and effort down the drain. Looks like a good example of why you always want your own sites on your own hosting that you have 100% control over.

Wow I remember getting bombarded with those emails about 3 years ago. That was about the same time Jason James? was promoting his membership riches program.

My site went missing too. I am miffed that the "creator" (not the word I would like to use but I'll keep it clean) didn't bother to notify people that it was going to happen. I found out when EA notified me about bad links.

Google had booted the sites from their results a long time ago. Trickle traffic still came from Yahoo but I should have pulled the site and created my own version back then.

Word of warning to newbies: NEVER believe an internet marketers claim of "lifetime" for anything.

Can't you redirect the domain to a new site to salvage your link building
efforts? Or do they have control of the domain as well?

I have control of the domain name so i coud build a different site and point it to it
