Any Woocommerce "request a quote" extension?

I have been trying to sort this out for weeks!!

I need my woocommerce to have the function to request a quote instead of add the product to cart. I have purchased two different plugins from codecanyon and both of them are buggy.

Anyone know of a decent quote plugin that works?

    WisdmLabs has recently developed a plugin called QuoteUp which enables customers to add multiple products in an enquiry cart and submit the quote for approval. The admin can approve/reject the quote or negotiate. It also allows the admin to hide the add to cart button and selectively enabe or disable QuoteUp for a specific product. Here's the link:
