If you mean the Google URL shortener, if you're logged into Google, just go to http://goo.gl, and all the links you created under your account will show you the clicks each has recieved.

You need to have strong tracking system for calculating your ROI from different traffic sources....

You can use three type of tracking systems
    1. Pixel Tracking
    2. Postback URL tracking
    3. Sub-ID Conversion Tracking

I am using this industry leader tracker Click Here to Go

You can also use Clickbank's tracking IDs...You'll need to create a unique ID for each hoplink and then you'll know how many times people went through that particular link by looking up the tracking IDs in your CB account's analytics.

Scroll a bit further down to see the part about tracking.

I like this the best combined with pretty links (if you are using wordpress) You can create multiple hoplinks for the same product and track effectiveness of placement. For example: you can create a hoplink for email campaign, one for review article and one for banner ads and see which one performs the best. And if you have multiple banner ads you can create one for each location you will be placing these banners.
