Foreigners, how long does it take your bank to process your clickbank check?

Mine is taking forever!

It's been almost a month since I took my last check to the bank and I still don't have my money.

Foreigners.....as in foreign to whom? The term foreigners is very generic and does not really give an idea of whom you are referring to. I would like to reply to your post....but I am unsure if I qualify as a "foreigner" as I don't know who you regard as a foreigner. A bit more info and perhaps we can help....

i went to my local bank in south africa and they said this is what would happen.

i take my cheque in and bank it.
they send it back to whever it came from.
it then gets sent back, and i would then have to wait 10 working days for it to clear.

finally they say that after 6 months they will start to trust me.
i think they were serious.

usually..."forever", like..it posts in a couple days...but still needs a month to actually "clear".

No more...i have them direct deposit now...its about 1000x better AND i dont pay those outrageous fees for foreign checks.

At first they took ages, then eventually just a few days as my bank got used to them and trusted there would be no problem with them.

Even better now though with direct deposits.

Unlike Rob above, my South African bank already trusts me and my account gets credited before I leave the foreign exchange teller

However, I have been with the same branch of the standard bank for about 40 years, it probably took them 39 of those to trust me [

for me, it takes about 45-50 days until I get my money...so it pretty much sucks

US checks to Philippines takes 45 working days. So around 2 months.

I'm in Australia and it takes me 28 days for the cheque to clear

In in Adelaide, Australia - and once I deposit it into my visa card I get the money instantly - although my bank have told me it takes 28 days to clear. I deposited my first cheque last Wednesday into my visa - and had instant access to the money.

You may want to consider getting Clickbank to pay your money directly into your bank account. I am in the UK and I just get my money paid in every two weeks and there is only a few days between the payment being sent and received.

It will depend which country you are in, but they have quite a few countries in their list now. You need to be reaching the minimum payment limit for a certain number of pay periods before you can do this.

When I pay a US cheque into my UK bank account my bank will give me the money within 4 days, but in reality it doesn't clear for 4-6 weeks.

If you are referring to clearing US Cheque in Singapore, it will take around 1 month.

I'm also from South Africa. My 1st 3 took about 3months each but after the 3rd one cleared it went to 7 working days, but from sometime last year, they clear it while I'm at the teller.

sorry for the hijack but anybody has any idea how long does amazon cheques take to arrive for foreigners? i still have not received my march commission, it is already july
