I got set up on Kunaki sometime ago. I kept getting an error message after I had gone through the entire process so I stopped using them and did my own thing. Now with the launch of my product I want to use them again, but I have run into the same problems. Does anyone know is this because they are not accepting new clients? They don't offer phone help that I could find and so far they have not returned my email (although I am out west and they appear to be in NY so maybe it is just a time change thing). Any input would be greatly appreciated. Todd |
