Let's design a perfect affiliate sales funnel

Hi,

So I'm also an engineer and I like to design things first, before testing them out
The figure below represents my ideal sales funnel blueprint. Let's see if we can improve this one:

Some explanation:
1. Internet traffic
2. Our opt-in landing page with some cool free leadmagnet hook
3. An optional exit pop-up (try to capture exiting visitors who are apparently not interested in this particular offer)
4. Free content (we will award subscribers with our leadmagnet here)
5. Webpage where we will "pitch" the offer we are promoting
6. This is external website of the offer we are promoting (our target offer)
7. Optional external up-sell (still via our affiliate link)
8. A very cool and attractive bonus offer (this content is locked to new subscribers). This page will generate a affiliate link, which can be used by new subscribers to generate new leads and collecting "sharepoints" which will unlock the special bonus content. Lead generation goes viral!
9. Our lead list (Mailchimp/GetResponse etc...)
10. Our trust building funnel where we will indirectly promote our target offer, while still providing free high quality stuff to our subscribers
11. (optional for IM niche) Why not to give our subscribers the possibility to promote our website and share new generated leads together? Will this even work?
12. (optional for IM niche) External lead list of users that are sending traffic to our landing page

Any feedback is welcome
Greets,
Chris

Six parts to a funnel seems a bit much.
