hello , let's say i'm about to create a squeeze page about weight loss and health what do you thinks about this page and what should i add

Don't put orange text on a red backdrop.
Is there a reason you picked April 1st as the cut off?
If you are going to create a sense of urgency and scarcity, then you'll want to change the countdown timer to like 40 minutes or less.

Also, the graphics is too small and not sharp (imo).

  Do you need to ask for name as well as e-mail? This will decrease your opt-ins significantly. Also I agree with drschool about the colours and countdown timer.
  
  For me it is not bad, but the ebook cover looks "cheap" (no offence intended) so this would make me question the quality of the information.
  
  The submit button may work better in orange. This has been proven to convert better (just ask Amazon).
  
  Not a bad squeeze page though, and should convert but probably lower than 40% as is.

Possibly worth split testing but try using "YES! I Want To Learn How" or "YES! Show Me How" on your submit button. It's only a minor adjustment but congruency with your copy will help.

Your countdown timer needs to be much shorter too. Again it's worth split testing but I'd try removing the days and just keeping the hours, minutes and seconds, or split test again with the minutes and seconds only.

I do not like the count down clock as it does worry me. What are you selling? Time limits are a typical tactic of a scam. For example, a used car sales man screams. "THIS WEEK ONLY!" Maybe it is just me. Basically, it rubs me the wrong way. Do you have a rate sheet?

  To be honest, it looks like a do-it-yourself job by a noobie that doesn't understand design.
  
  Not being critical about the person that created it - just about the work itself. It doesn't look professional. It won't convert well.
  
  The ebook graphic is very poor. The viewer can't read it, the perspective on the graphic is wrong, the colors are bad.
  
  The countdown clock is a big mistake and serves no purpose. When it gets to zero are you really going to stop making the book available if someone asks for it?
  
  You headline is not compelling.
  
  If you want to get subscribers you need to get help from a professional designer. Competition in the weight loss market is very intense and fierce. You have got to stand out from your competitors. Nothing about this page stands out to me.
