I want to send an email to people who downloaded the software but didn't buy it. Trial version is locked after 3 days, so I want to send an email after 5 days. I have never sent any emails to anybody. Can somebody please point me (or send me) a sample email that I can send to those users? I have no idea how to pursue them, and how long the email should be and all. Thanks |

Sorry, not going to write the email for ya, you can get a ghost writer for that. But here're some tips: Don't bother thinking about the length. Write your letter this way: 1. Ask them if they enjoyed the product. What would they like to improve about it. 2. Ask them what kind of results they've got and whether is suits their needs. 3. Offer to upgrade in order to enjoy all the benefits for the rest of time. Focus on the benefits and try to get some feedback so you can improve your software for future customers, which will end up in better conversions in the long run. ~Igor |
