Default Anyone seen Norman Freeman/ Viral Inviter? MIA?

I purchased his special over a week ago for Viral Inviter, but haven't
heard anything from him. No product, no download link... nothing.

Submitted 3 support tickets and called his toll free number which
now says out of order.

Anyone seen him or know what's up?

thanks!

- Ken

Honestly I waited weeks for a response and NOTHING!

Then he sent me the download link through a support ticket.

I installed the software but every user name and password says...

"Bad User Name & Password"...

I have been submitting tickets for weeks with no response.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

I have been postponing a launch now for over 7 weeks in hopes that I can use this software.

I am about ready to file for a chargeback. I have NOTHING!

I paid on July 2nd and all I have recieved is a download link in a support ticket.

BUT THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK!

He promised membership sites, training videos and "$1700" in stuff and all I got after 7 weeks is a download link for a software that does NOT WORK!

And there is NO CUST SERVICE AT ALL.

Have you had any luck since July 30th Ken?

He's not MIA as he is promoting Affiliate Jump at the moment.

Sounds like very poor customer service to me. Don't leave it any longer - go straight to your credit card company and do a chargeback.

Hey guys,

Any luck? did you get this sorted in the end?

I have the same issue, no product to show for my investment, no - one answering any help tickets, nothing.

This is pathetic customer service - why are guys like mike filsaime promoting something like this? it makes them look really bad also.

Going to file a chargeback and warn other about this guys - looks like a real scam.

It's not a scam coz I tried his product and I am fully satisfied with the outcome. And it was highly recommended by internet gurus like Mike Filsaime, Mark Joyner, Russell Brunson coz these guys won't recommend if they have not proven it. And I am also a customer and tried it by myself.

Hey rayeadamson,

How did you get your product delivered?

I paid for it and never received anything? How long did it take you to get it delivered?

Hi Kevin & Ken,

without any attempt to make excuses, I take the full responsibility for the trouble you had.

We were changing a lot of things technically with our product delivery method (using infusionsoft) and our new support desk (zendesk) and the experience was much worse than I expected. We finally got it figured out.

On top, we were restructuring our support team which has finally come to a (good) end.

All remaining suppport tickets will be replied to by tomorrow morning.

The above is no excuse for the bad experience you had, I know that.

I will monitor all support tasks personally from now on until we have it running smooth.

My apologies. please expect a reply within 12 hours latest.

I didn't get the download email.

Emailed support and got a reply with the product attached within a couple of hours.

So Norman is back to 100% in my book!

Hey Norman,

So does this mean we'll get our username's, passwords etc?

I'm still waiting on those and it's been 12 days since I posted my support tickets...

I have also had problems with this man. I Purchased the software {then got a series of emails offering it at reduced price}could not make it work.
So I paid for an install that was promised to be completed in 24 hours this did not happen. I contact Norman through the support desk asking that they deliver the install service I paid for. Got a reply from Norman:
#

Hi Charlie,

i just looked ast it personally.

My deepest apologies for the trouble.

Do you wnat to have a clean, fresh install or want me to fix the existing one?
What were the problem you faced? What's not working?

Norman
======================
Since then no communication and no install.
I have requested a refund for the software and the install fee as I feel that I have been cheated. Norman Needs To Understand Without Communication Perception becomes Reality!

Hi everyone.

My apologies again for the trouble that you experienced.
I feel bad about hearing this and want to make up for it.

First, as some of you definitely seem to NOT have gotten an email about, here is our brand new customer care center where you can get the helpvideos, MOST CURRENT version product downloads etc:

turbobuzz{dot}customerhub{dot}net

(can't post links here - sorry!)

Every customer should have gotten the info and his/her username/password.

If not, you can recover your password there on the login screen.
You absolutely NEED to use the email you used with us on purchase - since we have only that one of course...!

IMPORTANT:
We will have a NEW update today that will fix a small bug with the sendout if you use the MANUAL (traditional) TAF screen to send emails.

Also, in this update (4.0.4) ALL webmail servioces should work!

I also want to point out an important aspect of the nature of a product like Viralinviter:

Webmail services change their login procedures every once in a while (some - like for example hotmail - even very often. (like every other day it seems...)

This results in our development team to HAVE TO change our connection mechanics to their site too.

It can happen that we need 3-4 days to fix a login not working anymore.
My apologies for this delay, but it's simply not possible in a shorter timeframe.

******

PLEASE make sureyou are on our email list and get our emails!
If not, you may still login to the customerhub weekly to see if updatesnew helpvideos are there.

******

As for the installations:

I will myself gop through the complete customer desk and have a meeting with the support staff in 3 hours to get all remaining issues (including installs) taken care of and DONE by tomorrow noon, U.S. eastern time.

That's a promise.

My apologies once again for all the trouble.

I hope I can get everyone happy again until tomorrow morning.

Thanks for your support anyway and even for this diuscussion here.
it really helps us to improve.

Have a great day guys!

Hi I have been having the same problems, just purchased the v4 software yesterday and cant send email via SMTP, and PHP is stripping out all of the HTML code.

Support is really crap and they don't even cover these setting in any of the videos.

I thought that this was too good to be true.

NOT HAPPY JAN

its funny it takes so long to get credibility but it can be blown in a second when you don't support your customers.

Hey Geraldo,

I know how you feel and it sucks.

However, Norman did really take care of me and he will help you out if you send a support ticket at TurboBuzz - by Norman Freeman.

The new version 4.4 VI Pro solves that issue.

Just send a support ticket and it will probably take a couple of days BUT he will get back to you.

I know how you feel and I was going nuts for awhile... lol

If you need any help let me know and I will if I can help you.

Kindest Regards,
Kevin DaSilva
