Hey guys. I just ran my first PPC campaign as here some gurus advised me to do. I used Bing ads and spent $100 on advertising. I put $10 per day. My niche is high competitive (forex). so the cpc is also great. I placed adsense also. On a campaign i used some high comp. keywords. any other advice? i made some seo and some backlinking. Thanks.

WTF are you guys talking about? You need some help, seriously.

See this is what happens when some forum clowns suggest newbies to go for "paid traffic" and bid on forex keywords doing PPC....How stupid is that?

askamnet, stop using PPC for getting forex traffic. How many visitors have you had since you started your campaign? Unless you're selling your forex robot/program or whatever forex product you have for $1-2k, then there's no way you will make a profit on PPC.

I'm guessing you're using forexbox.net as your landing page? That's MEGA fail. How are you expecting it to convert? You have 4 different banners there for 4 different products...Really?

A landing page is supposed to be laser-targeted to promote only ONE product with no distractions to any other pages or other websites...

My advice, move away from forex, choose a niche you know well and then write genuine content to build up your audience.

Thanks for your advice. I removed Clickbank links now only adsense. Please give me some tips on how can I get traffic then if not PPC?

        Thanks in advance!

What are you trying to do? Are you looking to make money from Adsense, or an affiliate product or your own product? Focus on one thing. Even i feel confused by your post. I can only imagine how you feel.

Are you trying to make $5-$10 per day in profit, or invest $5-$10 daily into PPC ad costs?

PPC with AdSense has no sense!

if you have product to sell (also affiliate product) continue with PPC: goggle AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads!

  • Being honest about this plan using PPC to make money on adsense is going to most likely going to bankrupt you.

The plan gives you very little margin to become profitable.

You are better off with a high converting Clickbank product, but even that will be difficult.

My suggestion would be to test things out in a less competitive niche, and once you're successful come back to the Forex niche.

Good luck either way I am rooting and hoping for your future success.

Your website is not working. Seriously, stop the madness!

This is what you need to do. If you want to use paid traffic that is fine, but you are in a very competitive niche. I would suggest creating a report on the best forex robots to use or how not to lose $100 dollars in one day, like I saw someone do on Facebook the other day playing around with Forex.

Create a squeeze page and place a picture of your free report cover on it along with bullet points highlighting the information in your report.

Then run paid traffic to your squeeze page. Get those people on a list and send them more good information on forex. After a while you can start suggesting Clickbank products to the list or even the higher priced stuff like robots.

You can test out having banner ads on your thank you page for Clickbank products as well.

If you really don't want to create a list at least have someone create a few landing pages with good copy and testimonials for you with an option to buy the product.

Are you selling product in forex niche or what exactly are you doing? If you are selling product you will need high paid product 100 usd + , if you are only with adsense now if I get it right you should firs to keyword research in your forex niche and then on results of that start writing articles and do off page and on page SEO

Looks like you have taken down the site at the time of looking.

As others have said be focused.

A niche that is popular and has lots of interest BUT not too popular.

A niche where you feel you can compete and provide what the audience wants.

A niche with keywords that will not make you go bankrupt.

Not seeing what your website was like perhaps a simple clean squeeze with a quality guide to forex > followed by a redirect to a forex offer with clicksure or similar may work but will require testing and traffic.

If you want to run PPC campaigns for competitive industries such as Forex, you need to know what you are doing and have a big enough budget. It's very crowded and therefore expensive to advertise in this niche. Spend the $100 on ebooks and udemy courses about PPC and then come back, or simply look for free advertising methods instead (YouTube, social media etc.).
