HELP! - Adobe Doc expert needed

Not sure if I have posted this in the correct forum so please excuse me if I have made a mistake here.


I am starting up a Local SEO firm, and have created a pdf service agreement.


It is a very basic agreement with a credit card authorization form combined in large 24 size font comes out fo 6 pages.


I signed up for Adobe Cloud Document Services, figuring clients will fill out the form. e-sign everything and when they send it back it will be stored in the cloud, to save with personal info issues and security.


I am HORRIBLE at working with adobe.....i need the doc to do 2 things and have no idea how to get it done.


1. to be able to insert customer name. address. and other pertinent info onto the form without things sliding all over the place.


2. not sure how to set things up for e-signature.


I am more than willing to pay an expert warrior who will work with me and help me get this form up and running who can also tutor me a little bit on how to work with Adobe Document Cloud.


Adobe does not offer ANY phone support for this product which I think is a complete SHAM!
