I'll post more on this in a few days, I'm sneaking this post before my wife comes back in LOL.

I'm supposed to stay away from my PC for a few days.

Last Sunday I had what I thought was a heart attack it turned out to be what the Dr. called a "near stroke."

In the past 3 days I've been introduced to some new friends, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, diet and less work (yea right) (the friendly terms the Dr. Used for diet and less work were "Healthy eating" and "Life Style Changes.") LOL At least I know what I'm going to do with my URL, SuperFoodsSuperYou.com

Watch over my shoulder while I eat my way back to Good Health

Talk about entering new niches. Those above should keep me busy for a while.

While I was in emergency I saved the ER nurse $800 on her sideline business and in turn sold her a brochure website for $400 so she is still $400 ahead of the game this year. Over the next 10 years she will save over $8,000. Needless to say I was her favorite patient that day.

She told me, "Man, since I started trying to build my website I found out the Internet can be a real Pain." I siad "I know" holding my chest. We both got a good laugh out of that.

See you all in about 4 days back here. In the mean time MY PC privileges are restricted.

One side note - I must say I'm in awe at your ability to take advantage of every opportunity to grow your business. Wow, just wow! LOL

Whew! Glad you seem to not only be okay, but you're handling a pretty scary life situation (the event and the resulting changes) with humor and grace.

Much respect to you.

As someone with a family history of heart problems, and now dealing with a few minor heart ailments myself, your post is a great reminder for me not to stress too much about the various aspects of my business.

Let's face it - life itself is a long-term, terminal illness that none of us can escape from. Knowing that reality, it certainly makes sense to find time for pure enjoyment of life - you never know precisely what lies ahead.

That sounded WAY more morbid and depressing then I meant it to be...lol. Sorry about that.

George, between you and Mike's cardiac scares, I've bitten the bullet and decided to see the doc for a much overdue physical in the morning. I know the conversation isn't going to be good, and I will likely end up on some BP meds and cholesterol pills. Diet and exercise notwithstanding, I'm not terribly out of shape, but at 40, I'm not as good as I once was.

But I've got babies now, and I have to stick around for a while.

I was actually in the Hospital only 3 days; Sun, Mon and Tuesday all day. I got out about 9PM Tuesday Night. However it seemed like a week.

Thanks for your well wishes. I just dropped in for a minute to check things out. Off to bed now. Today was GREAT. I feel very good.

Actually that thing with the ER nurse, saving her money and selling the web site was an "accident." I'll explain later. I really can't take credit for being on point even in the ER. I was scared to death (bad choice of a word.) Later after I realized I had made a sale and helped a "new client" while on auto pilot flat on my back it just cracked me up and I had to share.
