First you say you want to "start a business", then you say you want to market someone's product, so it doesn't really add up...

I think what you need to do, is figure out how you are going to get consistent, targeted traffic, whether for your own products/services or if you're going to promote anything as an affiliate.

Traffic is pretty much all what matters, because finding the right offer or perfecting your website is not a big deal.

I would suggest you do a bit more digging into traffic generation on this forum or possibly in Google and be more specific with regards to what you want to do and how you plan on getting visitors.

Jackson, Im OK with that and open to all sorts of business. MLM is just the business model and quite frankly, to some extent it works. As I said in the OP Im just looking to maximize RoI so whatever does that is fine by me.

Tony, Ive set up and then onsold businesses before. Thank you for the advise, but honestly Im looking to outsource product and sales. I just cant be arsed anymore....

zdebx, marketing someone else's product IS starting a business. I work in a real world financial firm that is currently small but has expansion interests. We outsource portions of our product suite, so I just dont get your confusion.

Traffic is all under control. In my time, and having read most of the snake oil and actually having DONE it, traffic is the easy part. Ive shown it to be so in other businesses to. So I disagree with you.

Im looking for an outsource product and sales function where I can just do the marketing function. I know it exists, Ive seen if before. And again, we use it in our business here to some extent.

Just to clarify, I work a full time job and am a divorced dad of two young children. I am simply looking to diversify my income streams.

Alright ... I see what you are looking for. And, well, let me give you some good advice to get you started.

I would suggest you to look into Network Marketing Companies that offer digital products and use internet marketing as their main marketing force.

There are a lot of network marketing companies like this online. You just have to take some good time to do some really good research and find a few that interest you.

Once you have the right vehicle - it is time to learn all about internet marketing, and marketing in general. There are many products you can invest on, that will teach you the right internet marketing strategies to use.

One great combination I have learned to use - to help me build a residual income, is blogging and internet marketing with network marketing.

There are so many people building teams through blogging and internet marketing. You just have to:

- Find the right vehicle (network marketing company)
- Invest in your internet marketing and blogging education
- Start branding yourself, and start building up a following in multiple social networks
- Network with others in your niche as much as possible
- Get the right tools for marketing (landing pages, capture pages, a blog, auto-responder, etc)
- As you learn everything here, and how the online game work, create your own blue-print to follow daily
- And finally, start taking massive consistent action with everything you need to do!!!

This would be my best advice to get you started in this industry.

Hi, if you are OK with Network Marketing which I believe you are reading your 2nd post, are you looking to market product (s) or a service or both can do? I ask this question because you said traffic is all under control, its the nature of traffic which determines you'll succceed in selling tangible products or a service which people need. I can suggest in both cases.

Camohit, I would prefer a physical product.

I would recommend setting all this up yourself. This way you know exactly what you are putting into it. You can make changes as is, when ever you want. If someone else does it for you, you will never know how to do it yourself.

Honestly, I could, but really Im happy to give up a portion of the profits to outsource the direct B2C sale and product components.

To me, outsourcing this to focus on traffic makes the most sense.
