i want to make an special wf offer ,,,why i can`t ,,it said i don`t have active account?

      Could be you tried to make an offer in the War Room (you aren't a member there) or in the Joint Venture section (you don't have enough posts to start a thread there).

      There is a "help desk" link in the red toolbar at the top of the page - use it.
