Need advice ( Client & Supplier Messaging System)

HI, Iam starting a travel websites.
one of my key problem is there are so many flippin enquires. And being an wholesale booking site i have no clue as to what they are asking.
If i forward each emails to the right suppliers, then my whole day would be forwarding emails + loosing customers due to direct bookings.

So,
Does anyone know of a good support system where customers enquire , tickets get created for the right suppliers .

Suppliers logs in and answers their questions while being within the system and not corss cutting us. Would be good if I can integrate this in woocommerce.

Anyone ?

    I think you're set up wrong. That doesn't sound like a profitable business to me.

    Perhaps you could negotiate to send all the emails on to a travel agent who can support them in return to a share of the profits?
