Where is the Best Place to Sell Domain Names (without content)

Hi fellow warriors!

I have quite a few domains that I have bought over the years, but done nothing with.

So they are simply domain names without a website.

Can you advise where is the best place to sell these?

And is it worth me throwing up a holding page with a nice graphic for the domain name, or just leave them without a site at all?

Thanks in anticipation for your help

All the best

Trevor

Flippa is good marketplace to sell domains.

Leave them as it is or you can add some related content page to your domains to increase their values.

Adding relevant content and raking them properly can fetch more money for you but choice is yours

Flippa and Sedo are the best. You can also list them at Godaddy auctions. Ignore the response that says you won't get anything unless you've done something with them. That's pure hogwash. A lot of domains are valuable as they are.

Flippa and GoDaddy Auctions are better places to sell domains..Sedo overcharges fees so I won't recommend using them.... If you are looking for quicker sale head over to NamePros and DNForum..

You can check to see an indication of how much you might expect to get for it or even if your domain is likely to be worth the bother of trying to sell using Flippa's Domain Appraisal tool

      https://flippa.com/domain-appraisals

I've just tried this with one of my dot coms. Obviously I can't vouch for the accuracy of any value they suggest so don't necessarily rely on it. You must do your own research and your own judgement.

        Hi Paul

That's an interesting tool. Crowd appraisal?

        Thanks for that.

          Hi Trevor,
I believe it is but I've only just found it myself. I've left quite a few names simply expire and I've always suspected some may have some value just in the name. So I thought perhaps I should check out.
It seems you only get 1 domain appraisal so choose carefully which one

            Tell me about it!

            I've let countless domains slip.

But I love the idea of buying and selling domain names. I'm great at buying - just need to brush up on my selling!

            All the best

You can try Flippa. And you should also look through some Forums, sometimes they have a section for domain selling.

Or you can also just ask around in the forums. Tell people you have domain names for sale and to let you know who might be interested.

I would also create a nice simple landing page. With just a few words.

Just so the domains look good when people sees them. You know what I mean!

    Good luck with everything!

      Hi FreedomBlogger

Yeah that's what I was thinking.

A landing page with an indication of how good the domain name looks in a graphic etc.

Thanks for your input. Much appreciated.

Selling your domain is a trick. You won't get decent reward if you fail to tell the world that why your domain is great !! Use your marketing skill.

List your domain names here. I hope our warriors will alway help for sales.
