hi
i want to build a list in a specific niche
need high targeted traffic to land on my landing page and leave emils.
the outsourcer will need to send to this page, high targeted audience.
'FREE" traffic.

looking at odesk (upwork) i can see few skills related to this job
what should i focus on to get good worker?
lead generation
list building
smm expert

    Let's see if I understand: you want to build your list, and you want free traffic. But you want to pay someone to do that.

    I just have a question.

    Rather than paying an outsourcer to spend time looking for free traffic for you (which as we know takes longer than paid traffic), why not spend the money on some solo ads?

    It's only truly free traffic if you're getting it yourself. But once you're paying for that traffic, it's not free anymore.

      I agree with Riki ,instead of hiring a lead generation freelancer you should go for a PPC expert especially for FB ads.Using FB ads you can easily get targeted traffic to your landing page.

      There are some PPC experts in upwork ,so you should hire them .

    You can get to about 1,000 subscribers, then use a adswapping service like Safe-Swaps.com to grow your list if you're in a cash crunch. If you can get to that number you can start doing swaps to increase your list. There are some pitfalls to that as well, but if you don't have the money, it's better than nothing.

    If you can't afford solo ads to start, then you could buy funnel clicks. They're cheaper, but slower than the results of a solo ad. Of course, you can do PPC as well, as well as social. I double opt-in those traffic sources to eliminate the tire kickers and the freebie hounds. My two cents.

      Traffic Sources:

      Facebook ads are really cheap compared to other PPC. You get 10 times the amount of traffic for the same price you pay on Adwords.

      Email Solo Ads: On avg you pay $1 per lead approx.

      Affiliate Marketing: Create a product and put it on CPA network. Give it 100% commission for affiliates, and let them build it for you. Rinse and Repeat on lots of networks and your list will grow pretty fast, for free.
