Do you work on just a few affiliate sites or do you constantly add to your 'collection'?

I'm relatively new to affiliate marketing, although I've been making money online for quite a while. I haven't seen much success on my efforts here yet, but I'm getting ready to make another run at it since I've got a little more capital to work with this time. I wanted to run something by you guys since you're more experienced in this than I am.

I'm curious whether you successful affiliate marketers typically work on maybe 1 or 2 sites and really hit them hard and milk them for all they're worth, or do you cast a wide net, see what works and then double down on those? Or does it vary from project to project?

I know some people create a bunch of sites that are just aimed to sell one or two products, they don't put much work into them, and then they *magically* make them money. I don't usually buy into the 'get rich by being lazy' stuff so I thought I'd ask.

What works for you guys?

If you're not used to working in IM, I'd suggest just working one site from start to finish until you get your "flow" established. Once you do that successfully, you can work on multiple sites, going through a list of things you need to do, and timelines they need to be done by.

I like using Simpleology to establish goals and timelines. They have some free tools to help with productivity I've found useful over the years.

Simpleology - Get it done. Faster.

Hm..Simpleology looks pretty awesome! Might have to give them a whirl.

That makes sense to go through one site to understand the process better. I think a large part of my problem is that I'm not focused enough on one thing at a time. I will definitely try to do that.

      Thank you!
