Why?! Empty Domain With Clunky Name Makes Money For Me

A while back I purchased an expired domain and immediately regretted it, since it has an odd and bulky name: centralohiowriting.com. What on earth am I supposed to do with that? Never even been to Ohio. Yet, this weird clunky domain name actually makes money for me, I have no idea why. It's not even a site, but parked on Google. Today it made me $2.04. Why?? Did someone spend over $2000 on one of the ads there or what?
