Is there a way to spy on social media ads?

In the way that SEMRush spies on Adwords and display ads - is there a way to spy on a brands social media paid activity? Ads, targeted audience and etc.?

    They don't share their APIs for this.

    There are services that claim to spy FB ads.

    Supposedly, they are able to do so by creating accounts that fit certain user demographic profiles.

      It let's you spy on your competitors ads as well as creatives and even the offer it self all from one platform.

    SocialAdNinja | Slice your competitors used to be really good. Haven't used them in a long while though.
