Admin: Blog Avatar Issue

Allen (or other admins),

You may already know this, but the main blog page has a bunch of missing image boxes next to people that have no avatars.

Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

I am using IE.

Has this always been like this in IE?

I can't imagine no one saying anything about this before now. Will teach me to at least look at my sites in IE from now on..LOL!

  It's the same for me across firefox and chrome too...
  
  I always assumed it was people like Graves there and others who are just too ugly to have their boat shown :p
