tech support business for AU and US

Hey warriors I need your advice I have worked in tech support business for more than 12 years and now want to start my own. I am in India and planning to start for US and AU. From what I have read and seen its the payment gateway that is very difficult.

Are there any agencies that I can tie up for getting this business started and what are the other guidelines that are required. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

    It's not really the payment gateway that's difficult . . . it's the fact that you are in India that makes it a challenge. Find a partner residing in the U.S. and you should be able to pull this off.
