Tool for sent Traffic Redirection?

Hello,

I want to start to sent traffic and searching for a tool, to redirect traffic, whith already visited a certain site to another site. Do someone know such a tool, which does NOT cost 500$?

    Setup a redirect for a Domain in your cpanel.

    For example, domain.com and it's web traffic can be redirected to anotherdomain.com OR domain.com/aboutus.html can be redirected to anotherdomain.com/about.html

    How to setup u redirect

    Step 01. Login to your cpanel
    Step 02. Under the domains section select the Redirects icon.
    Step 03. On the next screen, fill in the boxes as needed and click the add button.

    That's it.

      yeah this would work for my page.

      My requirement for the tool is, that it redirect the traffic from my List e.g. to an affiliate in case he already visited the page I am promoting.

      So e.g. I am selling 100 unique clicks to a cutomer and sending it to his page. If any from my List is clicking on the link for the second time (not unique anymore), he should be redirected to another link (e.g. some random affiliate) and not this page anymore.

        First - if he is clicking on the link in your email a second, or third, or fourth time... and that link is to a merchant's sales page (not your own) he will be delivered to the merchant's site and it's totally out of your hands. You have no control over redirecting that link.

        If he's just going to the merchant's page directly on the second, third, or fourth visit... you also have no control because the page is on the merchant's site.

        In other words, you don't have the option of magically sending the visitor to some other "downsell" offer.

        The good news... that's what you really want, anyway.
        The merchant knows that you are unlikely to get many sales on the first visit, so he has placed your affiliate cookie on the visitors machine. That's to insure that you are credited for the sale, even if the visitor needs to come back to the page days later to read the offer again before making the purchase.

        If you have a second offer for your prospect(s) send out a second email with the link to that offer in that second email.
