How to prevent someone googling my adsens publisher id in google and finding all my Domains?

From experience It seems like putting a website's adsence code shows all domain person has made.

However, when one of my colleague started a new domain, he got it through a different hosting package and it solved the problem for his domains being associated on google search.

If I have few domains on one package from a hosting company,

and If i switch hosting before applying adsense , would it disassociate it from showing up on google search if someone tried to searched through one of my domains what other domains i had ?

Also, recently I was told that instead of changing hosting for that particular domain, i could perhaps achieve this through robot.txt

I cannot seam to search the answer to this anywhere on the internet !

    When he made a new website, he got it through an entirely different hosting company and it does not show on google search along with his other domains.

    Delima:

    All my website are only one package with one hosting company.

    I want to separate one so if someone google my adsense code one of them is not showing on google search along with others

    Possible solutions i was about to do:

    I was about to just change hosting that one particular domain before applying adsense code to it so it does not appear along with other domains if someone searched my adsense code.

    What I was told:

    I was told there was no guaranty in this and I was told instead of wasting money on entirely different hosting for that one domain, this can be acheived through robot.txt

    I cannot seem to find the answer to this anywhere on the internet
