Batch upload to Wordpress

Hello

I am looking for a tool that would enable me to prepare my content offline and then batch it into Wordpress. In the batch file I want to be able to set the Wordpress fields such as Cat, tags, publish date and time, etc.

I looked around and I have only seen some fairly primative methods (via excel etc).

Does anyone know of a good solution? I'd be prepared to pay.

I don't think there exists yet a methodology to do what you are citing. I do know plug-ins for batch processing of images exist, but not for article.

There is an import feature you might want to look into that.

Also, I think (fuzzy on this now), wasn't there a way to email an article to your WordPress so that it gets published?

ZipPoster: A Powerful Article Publishing Plugin for WordPress

It's by a fellow warrior, that's not an affiliate link - I just LOVE the product. I used to use the csv importers because I'm a notorious cheapskate (and in some cases I still do use em for articles that need custom fields) however, for nearly EVERYTHING ELSE, I use ZipPoster.

It's fast and perfect.

P.S. No fooling, this is one of 2 WordPress plugins I've ever paid for as far as I can remember, EVER. Plus, it's exactly what you're looking for. Check it out.

Btw, instead of randomizing the posts, I'd like to post one article per day and choose which article is posted (i.e. not randomised).

I don't know if it's updated to the most recent version of wordpress because I haven't used my copy in a while, but I love love LOVE WP Datafeed Import by Teli Adlam
