How to add this advanced checkout thing to my website?

Lately, I thought about adding new thing to website. It's eBooks store. And the idea is to let people publish their eBooks on my website instead of just publishing mine. But I stopped where checkouts processes. How can I let users get benefit of their eBooks with a percentage, not 100% earnings. Mean for example 20% for me and 80% for them! Are there some stores providers online that support this service? or is it a hand written script with a professional programmer (I'm not one). I'm hopping to find solutions for me here.
