Hello, how would you market your service to reduce cart abandonment?
I have limited budget and want to make sure I spend it wisely.
Thank you

      Post in eCommerce forums.

Sign up to lists, write blog posts tearing their cart abandonment funnels apart, and email them the links.

Interview store owners who get it right, and promote the posts.

Ask people if you can help them for free, and you'll get testimonials + referrals.

      Join eCommerce groups.

      Etc.

may i ask what is the service you're having in mind? just curious

i would probably reach them out directly, aiming at a few every day for a start.
when it gets rolling i'd look into scaling it, based on direct inquiries i'd make to my existing customers.

    good luck!

I am with kuku, if your on a limited budget, or have more time than money, find them directly. Most ecomm stores have footprints, so it wouldn't be that difficult to find them in the search engines.

And of course, tell them "what's in it for them". What they will get out of it.
