That is one of the main ideas behind article directories. Read EZA's terms and conditions but you will find that the main reason people publish their articles on EZA is to get them on your website! You must leave the links intact. That's how they get backlinks to their sites.

If you post enough articles, you'll also be deemed an Ezine article expert and be able to post the seal on your site. It really doesn't impress marketers, but for others on your website, the more seals increases the trust factor, which leads to more sales when people trust you.
