please help need answer to simple question 100 mins deadline

Default how to edit my wso
In the process of launching new wso computer goes blank. When i took it to the shop they told me it not worth repairing and data retrieval will take upto two week they have too send it away. That's to long now I a way backup everything important every two days on to amazon cloud but my last back is nearly 2 days ago.
so my first question is can i automate my back up i think I can but I'am the library and only have this computer for a limited time.
If I could set it so everything I working on is back every few hours that would be great
Still need to access my book
My first Idea was to buy my own wso but it not launched yet so i need to access it on warriors i.e. edit my wso but i can't work out how to do
Please help only about 100 minutes left before my time expires and then I willl have to wait untill tomorrow
Obviously the 2nd question is the most important
