Default Is This Ethical?

I have been offering my backlink-building services on different forums using Angela and Paul's backlinks packets. I have just found out that Paul is offering this service himself and he charges around $2 per link whereas I am charging just $0.55 per backlink .

Please advise, am I violating any terms? Is it ethical to compete with the owner himself?

I am confused. If I am doing anything wrong, I'll delete my threads in those forums and refund the money for the jobs that have not been started.

If you're asking whether it's ethical to charge less than someone else - sure - no problem, even if they found the places to create backlinks.

You could offer the service for free, or even pay someone to generate a client list w/ recommendations, or you could charge more

Unless it is not allowed per terms of your purchase from Angela and Paul, I don't see it as
being unethical. You are using the information they are providing and creating your own service using that information.

If you want to know how Angela and Paul feel about it, you would have to ask them specifically.

I would not assume they would have an issue with it. Most successful marketers have
an abundance mentality, and the need for backlinking services is HUGE! Plenty to go around for everyone and at multiple price points.

My thoughts exactly. Check out the TOS and send them a quick email to see what they think about it.

You should really look at improving your marketing so you can charge MORE.

Look at it this way: You have to do 4x the work he does to make the same amount of money. Not a great deal.

Unless there is a none compete clause in your agreement, then it's ethical. You're in business just like he or she is. But if you're violating the terms by doing this, then yes it's unethical and you would be doing right to stop the service.

As far as I can see you're just offering a service, no problem with that,
good luck,

I am pretty sure Angela did mention about using her backlinks for SEO services, and she did **authorize** anyone to do that!

If you are not sure, contact Angela about this. I see no reason to stop anyone from using the packets for services.

I see Angela & Paul back links service as premium and quality, while many other warriors service as economical and good, shouldn't be a problem.
