Need help on getting customers on site.

Hello.

To make things to the point I made a collision center directory about a week or two ago and I'm having trouble with Google rankings and finding customers to rent out pages.

I will say the website but I'm not looking for backlinks. (Findcollisioncenter.com)

I emailed/called a few collision centers/auto body's to rent out a page for say 50$ a month and none of them seem interested. A lot of them have horrible google rankings and I feel the owners of these companies don't have a clue of the benefits of the internet and google rankings.

How could I get a collision center to rent out a website for say "Wilmington Collision Center", where they have their website with a full review, video, and deals to get people to go to their business.

Any advice would be great.

    Correct me if I'm wrong..

You are trying to rent a webpage to Collision Center's for $50 per month that already have a website.

Wouldn't it make more sense to help them rank their website than to rent them a different website?

Wouldn't it make more sense to help them create a mobile website for their existing website so they can rank higher for mobile searches?

How can you assure them they will get higher rankings with your RENTED website over the website they already own?

What objections are they giving you?

Well I am trying to get the website good rankings and have an auto body rent out a page of mine that's pertaining to their areas. So there website would have bad rankings and they would rent a page on mine that has good rankings.

If you have a good site you should be able to capture leads of people that need body repair quotes. Maybe you should consider selling the repair shop leads at $20 a pop instead. There will be a point in time when they will be better off renting the page. Let them decide which option they take.

1st...you need your site ranked to show an advantage of being there and or traffic proof that consistent visotrs checking the site otherwise they'll keep with their bad rankings versus paying for yours (you'd personally be better off ranking those people with their sites on google and make more).

The people that don't have sites, once your site ranked good, traffic coming, then can show advantage of them paying little every month to you.

Personally, i would take it to another level and do complete marketing for them so instead of 50 bucks you're banking and their banking because you're bringing them results.

Rank an easy keyword, first. Then giveaway a free listing to the BEST collision center in the area. Then call the other collision centers and tell them that the "Best Collision" center just agreed to get a listing - and would you like one, too?

Don't do this without a script, write that first. Make sure you namedrop and insinuate they will be losing business if they did not follow the what the "Best Collision" center is doing.

This will give you credibility (when you have none) and will allow you to charge more than $50 per month per listing.

Highway55 has the right idea. You need to build credibility, plus a case for why they should work with you.

Have you seen the movie The Internship?
If you have seen it, then maybe you should try doing what they did..make your potential customer or client to see the benefits of advertising with you and not let them sort it all out in their heads.
Ask yourself what your selling points are and make them work for you.
