Hey guys, How are you? I writing today hoping that someone can shed some light on this subject. i am using ultracart for my sales process and can't really complain about them. Their system is pretty good and support great. Same goes for kunaki. I just uploaded an order of 50 DVDs and they went out within 24 hours, flawless system work. However, when I integrated kunaki with the ultracart, it all fell apart. I followed what ultracart's support told me to do and added the appropriate fields within the shipping department. I also added the SKU number to my item I am shipping. However, when ultracart sends the order to kunaki, it gets rejected and send back. I contacted both support dept. and they both told me there is something wrong of each other's end. Kunaki told me that the xml is probably wrong but ultracart told me that it can't be because many customers use the same xml and it works fine. They also told me that my settings are correct and they don't understand why kunaki is rejecting it. Kunaki on the other hand claims there is something wrong with xml and/or settings and they can't do anything about it. I'm at loss here because I have no clue what the problem is. Ultracart says they don't have any specific error for this rejection and kunaki doesn't say much either. Since we are all marketers here and there is probalby someone here who uses both, I figured I post here and end up lucky getting it solved. Has anyone had that issue here and if you did, what did you do to solve it? Or, do you have any idea on how I can solve this problem? Thanks everyone, Peter |

I have not tried the integration with kunaki yet. Although I think it was great that they added it to their long list of shipping/fulfillment houses. Ultracart has very good support and they will work with you to get the problem fixed. Was it working fine at one time? |

You know, it never worked fine. I have a micro continuity site where I sell a free dvd with 30 day trial. Recently, I had someone make a purchase where they opted out of the free trial and the order went through. That tells me that there is something wrong with the way the order gets send to kunaki when the 30 day trial is attached to the order. I spoke to support several times but they couldn't help me. They said that the 30 day trial portion does not go out to kunaki. At this point, I have no clue what the problem might be. Peter |

I'm sorry. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. As far as I understand it, you are trying to send completed orders to kunaki, but Kunaki is not accepting the code that ultracart sends them. Correct? |

That's right, I am trying to send a completed order to kunaki. Kunaki rejects it for whatever reason. Ultracart support is great but it's just taking more time than I thought it would.

I haven't used the fulfillment center integration with ultracart in a long time. I used to use another fulfillment house, e-fulfillment.com and I remember there was a little problem setting it up to, but it did eventually work. Of course, the fulfillment company still screwed up a few things and I stopped using them. I do not know anything about XML but it is some conflict between the 2. Perhaps the kunaki SKU numbers don't match? Is the kunaki product over older and not had orders placed for it in awhile? Do you offer the shipping methods kunaki offers with your ultracart account? Just a few things I can think of that might cause a conflict. |

Ok, I JUST had this problem too and I "somewhat" corrected it..thought it "tweren't" pretty. I had two options. USPS First Class and USPS Domestic (not sure why) Kunaki would only accept the First Class orders...not Domestic. So I went to Configure, Shipping, Methods, Deleted Domestic...and now it only shows USPS First Class. Those orders seem to work. Pain in the butt...but think I figured it out. Hope that helps. |
