Default Serious Product Owners Only: Are you struggling to sell more of your product?

Have you created a product and now you're
left wondering why it's not selling as well as
you hoped?

...

Well, have you considered the following:
  1. Are you getting traffic?
  2. Is the traffic targeted to your offer?
  3. Do you have good sales copy?
  4. Is your offer compelling?
  5. Are you passionate and knowledgeable about your niche?
  6. Is it a product people WANT, and not a product you THINK they need?

etc...

...

Basically, tell me your biggest problem, and
let's see what we can do about it.

I'll try to answer any questions to the best
of my ability.

Thank you,

Marc Rodill

My products are selling very well (conversion rate is 5.5%),

here you can see some details

My JV details
the biggest problem for me is to get more traffic.
I would like to try traffic from mail lists but unfortunately i did not find partner with huge mail list so far.

I get about 100 visits a day but my sales are still sporadic, I made about $400 with this site through July. I'm convinced it could make a hell of a lot more than that though. All my visits come naturally through Google.

Any ideas?

Have you tried not using the pop-up when people first come to your site? For some, this will instantly put them off and they will immediately leave your site. If you have a high bounce rate, than this could be the cause. I would definitely do some split testing.

On the left hand side of the homepage the text is very small, I would increase the size of the text.

Actually, I would increase the size of the text throughout the site.

Other than that your site looks great!

Just my 2 cents...
