New Clickbank Analytics

The Analytics at Clickbank have always been ok. I have been able to get the number of people hitting the salespages and even able to assign tags to see where the traffic is exactly coming from.

Today though Clickbank has changed the Analytics for the better. Logon to Clickbank and go to the reporting tab. In the last submenu you will see Analytics.

The Analytics, for affiliates anyway, now displays the number of visits to the order page and the order page conversion rate. Now we can see a bit into the mind of our prospects and customers. Are customers scared of hitting "Buy Now" are they even getting that far?

When we as affiliates are preselling to our prospects we are hoping that the trust we build will make it not only to the landing page but also translate to the order page and beyond.

Any other thoughts? I love to see other ways to look at my stats and see where I can improve them and Clickbank seems to be making things easier for all of us.

They do look really cool now, just wish I had more sales to show for it!

I believe you can use google analytics to see what people are doing on your website.

Ya i agree that the tracking of actual visit to payment page gives affiliates more detailed overview of visitor behavior. It will also help to tell us whether the landing page is successful to a certain extend. That is how I feel I would interpret the stats.
