Polishing My product to maxamize profits?

OK. So first and foremost my niche is gamer knowledge cultivation if that makes sense..... or my product is in the niche of gaming to say the least. Indeed, ultimately, I am looking to cultivate a product that is around $107.00 on a monthly basis.

The main thing I'm selling besides a community, and a philosophy amongst those who believe in strategic gaming, are actual courses. These courses make gamers better gamers and they cover as of now most genres of gaming!

Within the gaming niche I guess, and you guys please tell me if I should invest in the war room and if this topic should go there, but within this billion dollar niche as well as any niche really, what essentially justifies $100+ monthly membership price tags? What type of product, digital or otherwise, could I offer that would justify that price.

Are there any niches out there right now that are offering any course that exceeds or neighbors $100.00 a month?

    Hey Victor

If I understand correctly you want to start a membership site that educates gamers.

The only one I'm familiar with is skill capped (SkillCapped). They sell memberships at less than $10/month and provide alot of videos and written guides, as well as forums for the community and some free stuff for visitors.

Check them out and see what they're doing, maybe you can get some ideas from there.

Simon good sir, thank you so much for the initial response. Indeed skillcapped looks great and seems to be very cool. But what we're doing is essentially trying to start a movement with gaming and influence culture(death to cheesers and spammers). From my knowledge, this is truly how one becomes successful in the digital marketing age.

Hey let me ask you a quick side question. If I joined the war room, could we potentially have a more intimate conversation about my goals and aspirations with my product?

        Oh I see.

That sounds like a great cause to work towards. Trying to change gamer culture seems a bit difficult and I wouldn't even know where to start, but I'm glad you're on it

As for the war room, it's mostly people sharing their WSO products for free or giving some secret advice they've been holding on too. I'm sure you could find some good stuff there but for discussion I wouldn't recommend it.

Most A-studio games are $59.99 so over $100 for information about them seems high.

What else other than information are you able to give your customers?

Continuity products selling at over $100 usually enable their customers to earn much more than that investment. Either that or people feel the product is necessary to be in the business (like a video creator, or Facebook marketing product).

Can you get a crazy group of hardcore gamers who love this idea? Sure. There had better be 'stars' inside to interact with regularly...otherwise they can go buy a guidebook for twenty bucks.

Man you guys are awesome and again I thoroughly appreciate any help as well as the responses.

I guess I am wrong in a sense for not just yet wanting to expose my full business model otherwise you guys could get a clear and concise view as to what I'm hoping to accomplish.

Jason, I offer credit, digital achievements and awards, that can lead up to tangible prizes and much more. It's not all digital but the focal point is definitely the course work and the would be accomplished objectives/achievements once could obtain that makes up the core of the product.

Jason could you expound a little more on this? Would you have any examples of the continuity products and programs that sell for over $100?

If I were you, I would pay attention to YouTube gaming channels.

Many of these gaming channels make a lot of money.

Many of these gaming channels have a very devoted fan base.

Pay attention to what they're doing to build trust and credibility.

You might think, in the back of your head, that the $107 monthly subscription fee that you are charging might be too much money.

You might think that it would discourage people from joining.

    Absolutely wrong.

If you play your cards right, people will gladly pay that; in fact, they would gladly pay double that amount.

It really all boils down to perceived value.

You have to get people to a place where they find you authoritative and credible enough.

This is where YouTube videos come in.

There are lots of superstar gamer channels on YouTube that make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

They are able to do this because they are able to show people their credibility.

You notice the word I chose to use -- "show," not "say."

There's a big difference between saying you are credible and actually showing people that you are indeed credible.

If you want to earn $107 in monthly subscription fee off each and every member of your site, show them what you know.

The good news is that video is the best vehicle for that.

You just need to use virtual assistants and use proper research to create a compelling video-driven credibility-boosting system.

Of course, you can also use a text-based system; you can create a long seriesof ebooks that highlight your expertise, but that's going to take a longer time.

This can be highly effective as well, but the timeline is more extended.

That's why video is more effective.

After all, if a picture is worth a thousand words, how many words do you think a single video is worth?

Listen to the market...don't guess, ask your potential customers what they want and then give it to them at a price they're willing to pay... *shrugs* seems obtuse but that's the only way to do it.
