Help, some dude has cut and pasted my content to his blog??? ARGHH

Full on black and white copyright.

I just sent him a comment via the blog comment thing. Telling him to take it off the internet NOW.

What are the steps to when something like this happens?

Someone did it to me recently aswell, but I don't know what to do, his site looks terrible, and looks as though he has done it to many, many blogs with the content, so much assorted stuff

I just noticed a "flag blog" at the top next to the search box, I read through that and you can fill out a form for copyright.

I will see what other people suggest to do as well.

Contact Google. Tell them what's happened. Hopefully they will remove the offending blog.

Edit: I realise I made an assumption there. I think Google own Blogspot
