Can I promote and Sell Digital Products on eBay?

Hey guys, I am just wondering could I sell this product > The Migraine Relief | The Most Complete, Effective, Simple and 100% Natural System Against Migraines on eBay.

Its an eBook guide product and I am wondering if its possible to sell it on eBay, or do I need to make it in to a CD physical good to do this?

Technically under eBays TOS you need to sell a physical product. There are still many people selling digital items, including myself. I have both physical and digital items being sold and I use the digital item as an additional tool for better customer service.

This is why I made the product in my signature. It allows me to provide my customer with both.

The main question you should ask yourself, is do you want to potentially get banned from eBay if you are only selling digital items?

IF you are charging more then $1 for the eBook then yes you need a CD

Well, just get your digital files on a CD and you have a physical product.
I believe that should be fine, but I personally I don't even go on Ebay
these days.

I don't think it works you can sell software but CD or DVD are require...
yes you need to make it in to a CD physical good...
