Average amount of sales from a WSO posted here

What are the typical amount of sales in term of units sold for a WSO that goes viral? I have some unique content that I haven't seen here that could be of use to warrior members.

There is absolutely no discernible answer to your question. The question is beyond ludicrous.

I have to agree with Frank. I have some WSOs that sell consistently and others that mostly flop and I am a long time member who participates a great deal on the forum.

I've never heard of a WSO going viral. WSO's have spikes in sales because super affiliates blast the links to their big email lists, and hundreds of people buy at once. I've seen Warrior Plus stats for WSO of the Day, and have seen sales between 500 to 1000 units. The WSO's that have 1000 or more units sold usually have pre-existing partnerships with super affiliates, or have been on the selling line for a long time.

That was a lot of typing to say, " There is absolutely no discernible answer to your question." lol

So in other words his post is filled with fluff, is that what you are conveying.

You can call the contents of the post whatever you like, but it did not answer the question that was raised by the OP. It just provided anecdotal info that was meaningless in relation to the question asked.

If you enjoy that sort of thing, you must be pleased. :-)

No I don't enjoy it, your post said it all in just a few words. maybe I should have used a smiley to show sarcasm.

I'm sure if someone launched one on PPI and PPD it'd be totally killer.

You just robbed OP of a sale. For shame.

I posted 2 WSO's. 1 of them sold instantly almost everyday and the other one not so much. It was an experiment for something i'm working on for my site, but the ULTIMATE answer will come when you actually post the WSO yourself. Only $20 bucks.

After extensive research and data-mining the answer is 245.7 (MUS - "made up statistic").

Note: I think John McCabe coined the acronym MUS.

    Hi there,
As a total newcomer, without any list, without affiliates and without anything else, I created my very first product and sold it here on this outstanding forum. Fiverr Genie. My personal experience to bank $450 per month using Fiverr.

Sure, I had to bump it a few times but like I said, without any reputation, lists etc. On the very first day I launched it (during the first 24 hours), I sold 6 copies for $9,97 and 5 copies for $4,97. I understand that this might be extremely low results for a launched wso but I personally was very satisfied with it.

I've sold more than 100 copies at this time. (for different prices since I had the regular copy for both $9,97, $17 and $27 and review copies for $4,97 etc.)

    Regards,
    André

That's really good for a first product and smart to use different prices. Also, I'm assuming you added those buyers to a list - that can be the bigger income benefit, if handled correctly.

      -------------------------------------

Keep in mind, carot, that having a product can make you money beyond offering it as a WSO.

You likely won't get a huge number of sales unless your product is truly outstanding, and/or you have some great affiliates making sales for you, but you can continue to make money with your product either way.

My WSO flopped here (only 1 sale), but then I gave it away and it was a piece of software that had promotions within the software that made me approximately $7,000 over 3 years.

Right now I have it as a bonus to another product and it increased the sales conversion rate from 8.5% to 13.7%, and I'm making consistent sales with that offer.

So it flopped on its own, but it helped drive traffic to other products that made sales from that traffic, and it made more sales for me as a bonus product, and continues to do so, even after 3 years.

Logical there isn’t an answer to this question, but I do appreciate inyourway’s input… When I see new WSO’s disappear of the frontpage with an average of 200-300 views, I always wonder if WSO’s really are the goldmine that all those coaches teach…

Wow, Joane, $7,000 from a software in total is a great number! Thanks for your insight..
