I am looking up a articles backlinks the url is

in Backlinks Checker Tool - Backlink Watch it shows 3 back links

In https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/s it shows 2 pages of inbound links

Is there a better tool I am not using to see the backlinks?

    Far as I know, Yahoo is the better tool that I've used. Maybe some one else will chime in with something better.

    Course, might help to know why you are asking?

    that article seems to be in good ranking and i am curious as to why and what he has for back links.
    Yahoo seems to show alot of repeat stuff as well

    Well the biggest reason is probably because it's on ezinearticles, not uncommon for their pages to rank well.

    The articles ranking may just be due to the fact he was targeting a long tail keyword that has very little competition...

    Backlinks play an important role in article marketing, but in some cases you just don't need them to rank high.

    thanks for the imput ill try some ezines and then ad some backlinks and see what happens i just fell upon that and tried to see how he ranked so well.
    i found him with **** berry - Google Search

    **** berry for the keyword and he is #3 Wow :O

    how old is the domain? Try commenting on his well ranking articles and leave your signature in there.
