On the Hunt for compatible wp plugins

I need to find 2 plugins that are compatible with wp 2.8.2

One is a plugin that will create a drop down nav for my pages in the top nav bar. Preferrably a multi tier.

And the other one is a decent rss feed. For some reason the buildt in rss feed on this wp theme only shows the feed with the latest posts. I have many categories with consistant posts that need seperate feeds.

Thanks..if you know of good that work let me know. I'm getting desparate to finish my network of blogs.

Not sure if this will help for your menu but it might:
WordPress › Suckerfish Dropdown Menu WordPress Plugins

Or you could always just work with the code to make it work, here's a tutorial that, if the comments are any indication, still works:
Wordpress: “Magazine style” Horizontal dropdown menu

I've also had success using stuff from Dynamic Drive DHTML(dynamic html) & JavaScript code library as well.

I haven't come across any RSS plugins or workarounds, though.
