Matt, You will increase belief by having an actual video of yourself rather than a cartoon character. Your voice over sounded sincere and honest. Ken Leatherman The Old Geezer |

I agree with Ken. Ditch the cartoon. If you don't want to be in front of the camera use pictures/video related to losing weight/fitness.

Ohhh!! That is 100% not the video I was talking about. I'm an idiot I forgot to include the link. LoL I was wondering what you were talking about a cartoon. Here is the link so sorry. You don't have to download the quick time plugin it asks you too. I used the quick time embedded video html to through this up really quick Untitled Document |

I use Ccleaner to check autostart programs and get rid of programs that I don't want or need. Does it make a difference what method you use? The video was short and sweet though ![]() Brian |

I LOVE the information in it! The opening is a little slow, but the topic is really interesting. Did you use Camtasia or Captivate? |

Hello MDalton, This is an informative piece and a good walk through. Minor technical consideration: I don't know if it's my setup, but I think that your audio needs to be a little hotter. I had to crank the volume up to maximum on my computer and speakers because I was straining to get an intelligible voice. |

Hey Matt Nice going on your first video. Here's some constructive feedback.. First, I agree that you could speak up a little more :-) If people have to turn up their speakers to hear you, then they're most likely going to forget they turned it up. And they're going to be "startled" when the next sound comes through their speakers that is of normal level. My initial question is.. What was your end goal with the video? The opening title slide looked like an end credit slide. Doesn't really tell the viewer why they should keep watching and the web address isn't related to the content. There's also no reason provided as to why the viewer should go to your site. Example, I would make the opening title: "How To Easily Stop Those Annoying Auto-Start Applications" by (your name). Then list your web address with a domain that is tied in (ie, www.MattsComputerTips.com) Extend your slide to be seen a few seconds longer so people have time to read it and absorb it. I also would suggest overlaying your related web address a few times in the video that simply shows: www.MattsComputerTips.com Then have a squeeze page on that URL ![]() You could use a closing 'credits' title to invite the viewer to visit your site once more time.. "Want More Useful Tips Like This? Go To www.MattsComputerTips.com Now To Get More Free Tutorials" Then ask for the optin to get them. Or create another tip on an additional, specific topic and offer it as the optin, but also tell them you'll continue to send them more useful tips in a newsletter (for example). Hope this helps Dave |

Hi Matt, Good information - Nice step by step process. I agree with Dave Lovelace what is the next course of action? What happens after the video? Volume is low - Using Camtasia You could take your video project and strip the audio and create a 2nd video with no sound. Then watch your video and record a mp3 using audacity (free audio software) Then import the sound to the camtasia project. Neat thing with Audacity is you can boost or edit the sound before your import to your camtasia project. In Youtube place multiple pop-ups with comments to your website squeeze page? Hope this has helped best wishes articlemaddness (Mike) |

Not necessarily. You don't have to do another take unless you're unhappy with the one that we listened to. All you really need to do is boost the output in your editor. Alternatively, you can use a free audio editor that has hairline precision...something like Audacity will do you just fine. Save yourself the extra work. Eric | |

I splt the audo from the track with camtasia then loaded it into audacity bosted the gain and ran a filter to filter out most of the noise. Then I muted the old track in camtasia and added the new track.
