Password Hell

For any of you who manage clients individual accounts for marketing purposes, what are your Password management techniques? What systems do you use when your clients sign up for Paypal or Aweber and you need to access these accounts? How do you deal with Cache problems/computers not recognized etc.

    I've never dealt with the problems for a client, but faced the problem frequently on my own accounts when I was in the Philippines.

    I used a VPN service so my internet connection would appear to be in the proper country and state, which solved 90% of my problems.

    A few other issues were dealt with by calling the companies and explaining the reason for connections from remote locations.

    The final few issues were dealt with by remote connecting to a computer in a relatives house.

    This involved PayPal, MaxBounty, my bank, and a few other accounts..
