    1. Time. You're just starting out so don't get impatient.
    2. Testimonials and positive feedback for all to see.
    3. More examples of your best work.
    4. Be sure you are professional (I noticed your title is misspelled)
    5. Successfully completed gigs (show others how you operate)
    The very best to you,

    Steve

-Promote more, share to your friend and ask your friend share it.
-Do not use the account with your friend.
      -Add more showcase.
-Add a video about your gig
-Give more great gift as start up. Example: do 2 or 3 logo for $5. After, some buyer try, give them some free gifts and ask them for good review.

First, it's a bad idea to do an account with your friend- do not mix business and pleasure. Trust me, it can ruin friendships and it's not worth it.

For example, there was a gal I've worked with for 8+ years and I always called her when my inbox was overflowing. Since I was one of the highest rated writers on Elance for a number of years, she finally convinced me to add her to my account so she could take some of the job invites that I would normally decline. She even offered to pay me 10-20% of the job gross for giving her the opportunity. Sounds great for both of us, right?

Well at first, it was. But then a client said she took advantage of them (which she really didn't), and suddenly my 8 year perfect feedback rating had a horrible review on it. Then that client sued me; even though I had never spoken a word to them. It was my account though and I had to fight it through Elance mediation. I did eventually win and got everything taken care of, but the damage was already done. I went from the #2 rated writer on the site to #97 from that one incident....and nobody invites #97.

The following month it was about to happen again and I had no choice but to kick my friend off the account....and just like that the 8 year friendship was over. She was a great gal BUT I couldn't risk my entire reputation because she got a few bad clients. And that's all it was...a few complete jerks. It wasn't even really her fault, but I couldn't risk putting food on the table just to help a friend. And to this day she hates me for it.

So don't share an account with a friend starting out...it's a very bad idea.

Anyway, I need a quick logo designed for a new website, so PM me your account name and I'll give you your first job there.
