Use that for starters...enter your keyword phrase, check the related results
below and shoot for 3-4 word terms when building out your content titles...
be it in the form of video, articles or blog posts...

    rock & roll

PS: Don't get hung up on this. Cook that spaghetti and start throwing at the wall.

I have a WSO currently running for a free keyword research tool that you can use to expand on the search results that Google gives you from the site that SeanIM provided.

Here are the details about it

Don't fret too much over getting it "just right". You can always tweak and refine your list over time!

Here is the cookie cutter version. It is very basic but should get you started.
          1. Use the google keyword external tool.
          2. type in your keyword...it will generate a list of keywords with traffic estimates (which may or may not be accurate)
          3. Copy and paste the keywords in an excel sheet or notepad.
          4. Now go to google and type each keyword in quotes....reference the number of competing pages....also, take note of the google ads on the side (the more ads, the chances are the better the market).
          5. Revise your list down to keywords with less than 300,000 competing pages (doable for a newbie).
          6. Return to google and retype in the amended keywords. Take note of the urls in the top 5 (I usually do top 20 but this is the cliff's notes version)
          7. Now go to compete.com and type in the urls....note the traffic of the site itself...now look to the right...you should see the top keywords that are generating the most traffic for the site. Take down any keywords you may have missed (only works in a vertical market). This will give you a better assessment of the keyword potential, traffic volume wise.
          8. Take your keywords and start to build a site using the various cookie cutter on page SEO techniques.
This is the watered down version of keyword research (it gets more involved when you get into silo'd sites and start to really study the architecture of your competitor's sites).
