Questions @ LLC

Can someone point me in the right direction- how do IMers typically go about forming an LLC?

Specifically, I recall hearing that you shouldn't do it in the state you reside in, are some states better than others and is this even possible?

If my partner lives in another country is there anything specific I need to do?

Obviously I am in the very beginning of my research. I'd be very grateful for someone to give me a link that explains more than the basics.

Hey Rane,

Just keep it simple. What you're speaking
about is Nevada for one when it comes to
opening a LLC in state with tax benefits.

Many of the internet marketers I've come
across here in Atlanta have their business
located here.

Find a great CPA who can really educate
you on the tax benefits and take from there.
At the end of the day.... Make your business
official!
