Dating market subniches help

Hello everyone. I 've sold a few items online and have been successful in the world of ecommerce, but now I'm looking into creating info products for passive income.

I've already decided on what I would like my niche to be, which is dating, and can see myself creating ebooks for it since I have a tremendous passion for writing. My goal is to start selling as a vendor on clickbank and eventually branch out to dvds, courses, webinars, etc. However, my biggest problem is selecting a subniche that is in demand and will be profitable. Since dating is a huge market with a good amount of competition, what are some ideas for good topics that I can look into creating products on?

Thanks!

I would go the "pickup artist" route. I know this is a bit saturated, but as you said, the niche is very large so there is always room for another player as long as you do it right.

I've held many seminars across the US on Affiliate / Mobile Marketing and have personally had many attendees come up and ask if I would do one on how to meet women. Sometimes it's hard for fellow webmasters to get out from behind the computer and meet girls. If you can help someone discover their skills and build their confidence, they'll have success in picking up women, and your program will explode.

    Good luck!

Other than what's been mentioned, I've always thought targeting dating for traveling nurses would be a very profitable niche. Most are recently out of college with a ton of disposable income. Provide info on certain areas, create profiles, meet ups, etc. even jobs.

    Never done any research though.

No offense to any of the ideas thus far, but it's a case of "too late to the party." You'll encounter some of the stiffest, richest, most savvy competition in the online marketing industry. I work in this market myself. The best advice I can give you: use everything you know about internet marketing and combine it with imagination and research. Your aim should be to uncover a market and approach it in quite a unique way. This thread could run for 1,000 replies and I'd be willing to bet you'd never receive 1 usable idea. You're in a DIY situation.

    Cheers - Tom

Dating is a huge market, and there are many areas that are ripe for commercialization.

You can't use the general dating niche because you competition will probably eat you up.

You would be a day late and a buck short if you try to tackle dating that way.

Instead, I would focus on dating advice.

I've written many books on this topic, and my clients have made quite a bit of money.

What I can share is that there's a tremendous market for guys looking for books that help them build their confidence when trying their hand at online dating.

You have to remember that there are many different components that go into dating success.

You might want to start there because the more solid information you provide, and the more actionable it is, the more money you can make.

While Clickbank is a great platform, you might want to try Kindle.

Kindle is actually more powerful because people who blow a lot of smoke tend to get shot down, while people who deliver solid information tend to prosper.

With Clickbank there's a lot more wiggle room.

You can talk a good game, and it really focuses primarily on salesmanship.

You can, as you said, branch out to webinars, courses and DVDs, and so on and so forth.

Keep in mind that to do this you will you have to provide case studies.

People aren't just going to take your word for it; they have to see results.

Regardless, the dating niche is definitely solid, and you're on the right track.

Here are some topics you could probe:

    - Black men who love white women
    - Homosexual dating
    - How to keep the man you already have (for women)
    - Dating someone you work with
    - Different religion dating

All of these things are considered "taboo"... which makes them even more alluring.
