Hello Warriors

I am sorry if this is not in the right section.

NOTE: i am not promoting anything here.

I would like to ask you how much would you value my SEO and mobile site

All the owner of the site needs to do is just go into their local businesses and acquire a client.

Please have a quick look on my whole website on all pages and let me know how much you would value this business.

I value your time and appreciate you valuation in advance.

Well, i'd say it's probably worth about 10 times the monthly income - so that puts you right at $0.00!

This website is a business not a get rich quick site, whether i pursue the career of a mobile app developer etc. and made money selling these services this would not benefit the buyer of the site financially so please disregard the fact of money made monthly on this site because the clients that would purchase these services would be in my local area to me not to the buyer, the buyer needs to find their own clients in their local area. This is a ready made business it just needs a owner and clients. Please value the website on these basis's. Thanks

      ibs,

What you're not realizing is that web sites in today's economy are valued by the buyer - not the seller. Your web site is worth exactly what a buyer will pay for it.

So you have to look at it from the buyer's perspective . . . and buyers right now want incoming traffic and steady revenue from the site they purchase. Not much else matters.

You have listed a nice set of features that your site has; unfortunately, features are a dime a dozen. Web site buyers want income and little else matters.

You asked for opinions and you have received them.

Now it's up to you to go out and find the perfect buyer that will pay you what you expect to get out of your site. Then you can come back here and tell us all what the the site was really worth.

      Good luck to you,

      Steve

        Hi Steve

Thank you for your comment, ok i think i should get bring in an income so what i will do is go to 3 of my local business that i know need websites.

But when i make $20,000 in my first month from my local then the buyer probably will or will not make this amount in his or her area as it depends how much time the buyer puts in.

This is why i am confused on how to value this website.

I skimmed your post but didn't see anything about your current earnings, which is the only variable 99.999999% of humans on the planet will consider.

    ;]

    Just my $.02.
